• Manage inventory and ordering
• Conduct end-of-month counts
• Ensure efficient ordering and maintain a LEAN production environment
• Supervise and coach team members
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards

Requirements:

• Ability to stand and move throughout the workday
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work in various kitchen or service areas
