Shift Expectations
- Required availability of 2:00 pm - Close (10:30pm-11:00pm)
- Monday-Saturday
The job requirements are as follows:
- Engage our guests with a servant-hearted mindset, hospitality, and care
- Gain knowledge on all menu items and assure their quality and accuracy
- Always go the second-mile while caring for our guests
- Be able to handle a fast-paced and quickly-changing work environment
- Be able to stand/walk up to 100 feet at a time, over a period of four hours without a break
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds without restrictions
- Be able to work with basic restaurant cleaning chemicals and tools with no restrictions or allergies
- Be able to be flexible moving through different positions including, but not limited to, drive-thru service, outdoor order taking, front counter cashiering, and dining room hosting
- Be fluent in English
- Be able to do basic math (Giving correct change, counting bills and change in cash drawers, and giving change for larger bills)
- Have a clear understanding of cash management and handling
- Be able to complete closing tasks to prepare for next-day operations
- Have clear evidence of leadership experience and a leader mindset
