Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident.
- Provide superior care for residents.
- Complete resident’s assignments effectively and promptly.
- Observe changes in resident conditions and promptly document and communicate with providers.
- Document accurately and completely.
Requirements:
- Current Utah RN license and CPR certified
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work independently and work well in a team setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Must have a positive attitude, be compassionate, and have great leadership skills.
