Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily care and assistance to residents, including feeding, bathing, and toileting.
• Support medical staff in procedures and patient care activities.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure and temperature.
• Safely transfer residents between rooms, beds, and wheelchairs.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient care environment.
• Prepare medical equipment for inspection and sterilization.
• Offer basic first aid services and wound care.

Qualifications:

• Active CNA certification.
• Ability to maintain professional relationships with staff and vendors.
• Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to company policies, including compliance and code of conduct.
• Prior experience as a CNA is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to see, hear, and move as needed throughout the workday.
• Frequent bending, squatting, twisting, and reaching.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds independently and up to 100+ pounds with assistance.
• Able to handle the physical and emotional demands of working with residents who may be ill, disabled, or have memory impairments.

Work Environment:

• Indoor work environment with standard noise levels.
• Possible exposure to fumes, odors, chemicals, and bloodborne pathogens.
