Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Smile and create eye contact to make emotional connections with guests
Speak enthusiastically and communicate effectively with guests and team members
Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
Multitask quickly and efficiently
Be adaptable, dependable, and have a strong work ethic
Work on your feet for several hours at a time
Drive-thru team works outdoors 70% of the time
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

Consistency and reliability
Cheerful and positive attitude
Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and able to multitask
Works well independently and in a team environment
Willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and day or night shifts
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift/carry 25 lbs on a regular basis
