Job Responsibilities:
- Pioneer the newest Chick-fil-A restaurant design concept
- Oversee elements of the administrative and business operational requirements
- Ensure compliance with Chick-fil-A policies and food safe procedures
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency
- Lead and motivate a team of dedicated professionals
- Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for both Team Members and customers
- Motivational Support: The ability to enhance others’ commitment to their work

Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Previous experience in a leadership role
