As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in upholding Chick-fil-A's reputation for outstanding service, ensuring smooth operations, and guiding our team to success. Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Development:

  • Lead and inspire a team of team members to achieve operational excellence and provide exceptional guest experiences.
  • Model Chick-fil-A's CoRE 4 values (Create eye contact, Share a smile, Speak enthusiastically, Stay connected).
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members to excel in their roles and support their professional growth.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative environment where teamwork and accountability thrive.

Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure shift operations run smoothly, following Chick-fil-A's established processes and standards.
  • Manage daily tasks such as opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • Oversee food preparation to maintain product quality, ensuring adherence to CFA standards.
  • Uphold food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Guest Experience:

  • Prioritize guest satisfaction by actively engaging with customers and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Model excellent hospitality and ensure team members consistently deliver outstanding service.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in scheduling, shift planning, and delegation of responsibilities to optimize workflow.
  • Support training initiatives to improve team performance and knowledge.
  • Monitor and track performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements for Candidates:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a restaurant or customer service environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Commitment to Chick-fil-A’s values of excellence, teamwork, and hospitality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Stand and walk for prolonged periods.
  • Perform tasks requiring bending, squatting, and reaching overhead.
