We are looking for a Kitchen Supervisor with training and leadership experience to join our amazing Woodland Hills team. You would be part of leadership and be instrumental in building the right kitchen culture.
Compensation:
Hourly + weighted tips. $17.50 - $19.50/hour based on experience (raises after certifications) + $4 - $5 PER HOUR in tips on average. Total per hour take home = $21.50 - $24.50 PER HOUR.
**If you have strong Kitchen and leadership experience and require less development on day 1, we can discuss pay rates**
Days/Hours Available: Monday - Sunday | 5 days/per week | 40 hours/per week | Overtime pay occasionally. We support work life balance and encourage days off.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and work with a team of kitchen staff
- Ensure food quality and consistency
- Monitor inventory and control costs
- Help maintain kitchen equipment by teaching proper usage and cleaning techniques
- Implement and enforce safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with managers and ownership to optimize operations
- Coach and develop junior staff
- Other duties will be assigned as needed and as the business evolves
What You'll Bring:
- Previous experience as a trainer, mentor, and supervisor
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for serving delicious food
- Fluent or proficient in Spanish - not mandatory, but preferred
