As the Camp Lucy Guest Experience Guide, you are responsible for overseeing and facilitating guest activities, developing programming, and creating enticing itineraries for upcoming guests. When you are not performing an activity duty you will be developing relationships with guests, assisting at the front desk, and facilitating guest requests as needed for the property to provide a superior guest experience for all.
Hours: Will fluctuate based on occupancy of the property and hotel. Wednesday to Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm

Responsibilities:
- Create authentic experiences and connections with Camp Lucy guests
- Assists with inquires and offerings to complete the reservation process including guest information, special requests, and billing information
- Handle all email inboxes assigned to the reservations team to communicate with excellent verbal communication skills via email
- Proficient in all activities and services of Camp Lucy
- Able to lead and participate in both outdoor and indoor activities throughout the property
- Complete daily and weekly reports
- Provides timely and concise communication to the sales, rooms, and operations teams about activities
- Remains an active participant at the front desk, including checking in/out guests, preparing bills and handling guest requests.
- Be an expert at all employee duties to ensure you are "leading by example" in all that you do
- Performs all duties at the Front Desk as necessary
- Ensure timely and accurate customer service
- Troubleshoot emergencies and all in-room services
- Ensure the company’s policies, security requirements, and Core Values are met
- Takes immediate actions on problems that are encountered in the hotel
- Maintains cleanliness and organization
- Communicates a clear and consistent message regarding the Front Desk goals to produce desired results
- Complete other departmental duties as they become necessary
- Defuse all guest-related issues with poise
- Perform other duties as requested by management
Candidate Qualities:
- Ability to perform and lead Yoga, Meditation, and Fitness Classes is not required but preferred
- Must be able to be on your feet for the entire shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance
- Must be able to hike and walk for long periods at a time
- Use creativity skills to develop new activities regularly
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in all Microsoft programs
- Weekends are required and holidays as needed
