Responsibilities:

  • Oversee kitchen operations and ensure food quality standards
  • Lead and motivate kitchen staff to deliver excellent service
  • Manage inventory and control food costs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime
  • High school diploma or equivalent
