Overview:

Looking for a highly motivated, energetic, reliable and flexible individual. An individual who is able to efficiently and thoroughly perform the job-related duties and instructions assigned by the supervisor. Someone who enjoys helping others and has pride in their workmanship. Will be a team player while performing mitigation services that include demolition of structure materials, cleaning of worksite, set-up and take-down of equipment, and maintenance. Training and certifications will be provided.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be available for on-call & emergencies
• Properly extract and dry a structure from water damage
• Monitor the equipment during the drying process
• Photograph and document a job from beginning to end
• Communicate with the customer and internal staff clearly
• Work and communicate effectively with co-workers and management
• Complete proper documentation (timecard, CRM, moisture mapping & readings)
• Prioritize important tasks and manage your time effectively
• Operate and maintain company equipment including company vehicle
• Maintain an inventory of chemicals, products and equipment
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude

Requirements:

• High school diploma with or without relevant experience.
• Friendly, reliable, and punctual.
• Strong communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Enjoys working with people.
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Pass a drug test and criminal background check
