Responsibilities:
Key Objective: To ensure optimal restaurant operations through washing dishes and cleaning kitchen areas.
- Work at fast pace to keep kitchen environment organized and clean
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize all restaurant dishes as needed
- Ensure equipment and utensils are well maintained and ready for use when needed
- Perform daily and weekly cleaning assignments
- Occasionally assist with routine inventory management
