Back of House Team Member (Line Cook / Salad Prep / Kitchen)
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep, which includes:
- Filet, grill, bread, and assemble our fresh chicken products
- Wash, chop, bake, and assemble side items
- Prepare cold individual and catering menu items
- Stock and rotate kitchen inventory as needed
- Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Manager
- Complete all opening, transition, or closing tasks as assigned

Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.
