Shift Manager Responsibilities

  • Managers at Chick-fil-A lead shifts by working alongside team members, coaching them for optimal performance and desired business outcomes including: Guest satisfaction, Sales growth, Profitability, Enhanced Team Member Experience
  • Responsible for everyday supervision of products and services to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Providing team members with training, clear instruction, accountability regarding standards, skills coaching, affirmation and encouragement
  • Ensuring all shift tasks are completed according to the daily schedule
