About the Role:

As an Assistant Spa Sales Manager, you will be assisting in all aspects of daily operations with a focus on achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service. You will also have the opportunity to develop a team of guest service associates and wax specialists and help them achieve their personal best. 

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to solve interesting challenges and bring new ideas to the table to continually offer guests a world-class experience. Plus, you’ll enjoy a highly competitive salary with generous bonus and commission potential. 

Here’s what we’re looking for

·                1 year of previous management experience preferably in a specialty store or multi-service environment

·                Confident and positive with excellent communication skills

·                Analytical and detail-oriented

·                Have a reliable means of transportation

·                Previous EWC, Massage Envy and/or Zenoti Software experience a plus

·                Work opposite schedule of Spa Manager at least 30 hours per week
