As a Utility Team Member (Porter/Maintenance), you will play a crucial role in ensuring our restaurant is spotless and well-maintained. This position includes dishwashing, sweeping, mopping, cleaning, restocking inventory, and assisting with essential food preparation.

+ Essential Job Functions

Responsibilities:

Maintain overall cleanliness of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms
Perform dishwashing and ensure all kitchen equipment is properly sanitized
Sweep, mop, and deep-clean designated areas to meet high cleanliness standards
Assist with stocking and organizing supplies and inventory
Safely handle and work with cleaning chemicals
Perform minor maintenance and upkeep tasks as needed
Support kitchen staff with basic food prep when necessary

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable walking up and down stairs throughout the shift
Ability to work with and properly handle cleaning chemicals
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Dependable and self-motivated team player
