We are looking for a results-driven leaders to be responsible for the overall store operations during our closing shifts (3:00pm to 12:00am). The successful candidate will display a passion for our brand, be able to manage cookie production from mixing to serving the customer, and embrace Crumbl's 3 C’s of success - Cleanliness, Cookie Quality and Customer Satisfaction.  You will be empowered to lead and motivate a crew of bakers in an open-kitchen while making the world's best cookies from scratch. You will supervise and train our Crew Members. You will report to the store's General Manager and be part of leadership team that will work together to provide the best possible experience to our customers and staff. Leadership experience in fast paced, customer-focused foodservice environment is highly desired.

Basic Qualifications:

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Comfortable using mobile devices and applications
• Food Handlers Permit
• Available to work between the hours of 3:00pm to 12:00am

Business hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00am-10:00pm; Friday and Saturday 8:00am-11:00pm. CLOSED SUNDAYS
