ROLES

ROCKS

We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In

this role, you’ll be accountable to hit the following numbers:

  • Maintain Quick Service Experience for Guests at 3:00 Minute Speed of Service or less
  • Labor at 22% or lower, Productivity at $95 or higher, + Scheduling to top 33% of chain or higher
  • CEM Scores to top 20% of chain or higher
  • Positive Food Cost Gap at or below 1%

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluency in English and Spanish required
  • Authorized to work in the United States + Open Availability
  • Able to frequently bend, twist, reach above shoulder level, crouch or stoop, kneel, repetitively use feet, and use head and neck in a twisting or static motion and to look up and/or down, and lift and/or move up to 40 lbs.
