Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with guests to provide a friendly experience.
- Blend smoothies according to recipes for consistent taste.
- Ensure guest needs are met when ordering smoothies.
- Support company standards for operations and fulfill cash handling responsibilities.
- Prep fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients properly.
- Communicate any significant issues to the Store Manager.
- Show up on time and ready to work!
Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented with a passion for cleanliness and quality.
- Act with integrity and promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.
- Regular and punctual attendance is a must.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Self-starter with a friendly attitude.
- Personal passion for fitness is a plus!
Education & Experience:
- Effective communication skills with guests and team members.
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods (6 to 8 hours).
- Ability to lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds.
