Position Type: Team Member
- Full-time Starting Pay $15.00-18.00
- Part-time Starting Pay $14.00-15.00

Job Expectations:
- Be the “final say-so” on shifts that you are leading
- Set the daily vision and lead a team to execute your vision
- Lead 5 shifts per week of 30-40 team members to deliver a great team member and guest experience:
- Team Members are upbeat and positive
- Food Safety procedures are followed
- Quality procedures are followed
- Guests are served within expected timeframe
- The entire restaurant is “refreshingly” clean
- Guests receive a high level of attentive and courteous service from team members
- Manage food and labor costs within expectations
Qualifications:

- At least 1 year of Management experience (does not need to be in a restaurant)
- Servsafe Manager Certified (if a candidate does not have this, it can be obtained after employment)
- Must be available to work Monday through Saturday between the hours of 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM
- Typical Shifts will either 6:00 AM- 3:00 PM , 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM or 2:00 PM- 11:00 PM
- Typical week will consist of working 5 days and 40 hours
Requirements
Must be 18 years or older
Must have 1 year of management experience
Must have full-time availability (open-4pm/2pm-close)
Must be able to work in a fast- paced environment
Must be able to work on your feet for long periods of time
Must be willing to work with a team
