Overview
The National Western Stock Show is seeking a highly motivated and hands-on leader to join our Event Operations team as the Assistant Manager of Event Operations, specializing in events taking place in our Events Center. This role is not an event-planning position – it is a physically active, operations-focused role responsible for overseeing crews that handle set-up, tear down, and janitorial operations for events hosted at the National Western Complex.
The ideal candidate has experience in event set-up, tear-down, and equipment operation (such as tractors for arena maintenance). This individual is an effective communicator, a strong team leader, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where physical work and problem-solving go hand in hand.
