Responsibilities:

Lead kitchen team in daily operations
Ensure food quality and safety standards are met
Train and mentor kitchen staff
Assist in inventory management
holding kitchen staff accountable to procedures and policy
ensure completion of systems and processes

Requirements:

Previous kitchen experience
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must have PM and Saturday Availability
