Responsibilities:

  • Lead kitchen team in daily operations
  • Ensure food quality and safety standards are met
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff
  • Assist in inventory management
  • holding kitchen staff accountable to procedures and policy
  • ensure completion of systems and processes

Requirements:

  • Previous kitchen experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have PM and Saturday Availability
