Main Responsibilities:
- Supervising store operations and its leaders on a daily basis
- goal setting, metric tracking and benchmarking your designated area of the business
- Managing resources efficiently
- Taking care of stock, staff, and sales management
- Other responsibilities can include, scheduling, inventory order and management, recruiting and interviews, system upkeep and management, food safety and quality, internal audits and more.
With a Higher average unit volume than most QSR restaurants and higher standards, we disperse responsibilities among our top level director team. While each is cross trained in all areas of the business, each owns a specific part to ensure excellence in that area to help move the business a whole forward.
