Who We’re Looking For

We are searching for a self-motivated, high-caliber professional who takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and has an eye for remarkable craftsmanship.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Certifications from the NALP (National Association of Landscape Professionals) or equivalent organizations are highly valued.
• Familiarity with ANSI A300 pruning standards and proper plant health care practices.
• Knowledge of proper planting techniques to ensure long-term plant vitality.
• Experience with mulch, plant, and ornamental bed installations.
• Material logistics and job site organization.
• Familiarity with the safe handling and application of horticultural chemicals.
• Truck and trailer navigation, including material hauling.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Strong communication skills to interact with coworkers and clients.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).

Job Responsibilities
