Who We’re Looking For
We are searching for a self-motivated, high-caliber professional who takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and has an eye for remarkable craftsmanship.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Certifications from the NALP (National Association of Landscape Professionals) or equivalent organizations are highly valued.
- Familiarity with ANSI A300 pruning standards and proper plant health care practices.
- Knowledge of proper planting techniques to ensure long-term plant vitality.
- Experience with mulch, plant, and ornamental bed installations.
- Material logistics and job site organization.
- Familiarity with the safe handling and application of horticultural chemicals.
- Truck and trailer navigation, including material hauling.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Strong communication skills to interact with coworkers and clients.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
