Responsibilities:
1.Profession representation of TMT (arrive on time, in uniform, polite). Build rapport with customer.
2. Obtain feedback throughout the move (ensure ongoing Customer satisfaction and proactive solutions to issues).
3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all company products, services, pricing etc. (Value to Customer/Results to TMT)
4. Conduct Pre-Trip Inspections
5. Clean the truck properly at the end of each day. Ensure truck is restocked and swept out.
6. Wear the TMT uniform at all times.
7. Ensure compliance with all policies outlined in the employee handbook and by management.
8. Participates in regular training and development programs offered through Stickman University.
