Role Summary: A front-line team member committed to serving guests conveniently where they are located.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver food to our amazing customers, via Company-provided car in a safe and professional manner
- Ensures proper care and safety are followed when driving the Company vehicle
- Ensures orders are complete, correct and properly stored before leaving restaurant
- Greet guests as they arrive to the location where the guest ordered the food
- Answers guest questions and provides general assistance to guests
- Bids guests a fond farewell
- Cleans and cares for Company vehicle as needed
- Other duties and responsibilities as directed by restaurant management
Qualifications & Skills:
- Must be 18 or older
- Must have a valid US Drivers License
- Customer-friendly demeanor and willingness to serve
- Able to pass a background check and DMV check
- Able to maintain positive energy throughout shift with an outgoing, friendly, and patient attitude
- Able to excel in a fast-paced, team environment with a sense of urgency in getting things done
- Able to think ahead and anticipate problems before they happen
- Willing to work a flexible schedule and arrive to work at the scheduled time
- Demonstrates unquestionable integrity
