Position Type:

  • Full-time and part-time positions
  • Specifically hiring adults with open availability, opening (5:30am) or closing (11:00pm) shifts, without restriction

Qualifications:

  • Be a facilitator of excellence in food safety, cleanliness, and efficiency

  • Be able to analyze data and make decisions
  • Be able to attract talent and build relationships
  • Be able to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 lbs on a regular basis

  • Be able to multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
  • Be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Be able to work during all seasons and temperatures, inside and outside
  • Be an excellent and enthusiastic communicator, both written and spoken
  • Be older than eighteen years old
  • Have a strong commitment to superior customer service
  • Have the availability to work operational shifts from opening (5:30am) to closing (11:00pm) shifts
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Work well independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in training Team Members
  • Communicating effectively
  • Consistently enforcing Chick-fil-A rules and regulations
  • Creating a culture of food safety, cleanliness, and efficiency
  • Delivering accurate orders quickly
  • Ensuring accurate rest break management
  • Managing the operations of a high-volume, fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant
  • Performing other duties as assigned
  • Providing safe, high-quality, and craveable food
  • Treating everyone with honor, dignity and respect

Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday. Closed each Sunday
