Position Type:

Full-time and part-time positions
Specifically hiring outstanding applicants with open availability, opening (5:30am) or closing (11:00pm) shifts, without restriction

Qualifications:

Be a facilitator of excellence in food safety, cleanliness, and efficiency
Be a friendly and encouraging team player, who loves serving and helping
Be able to build relationships
Be able to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
Be able to multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
Be able to stand for long periods of time
Be able to work during all seasons and temperatures, inside and outside
Be an excellent and enthusiastic communicator, both written and spoken
Be older than fifteen years old
Have a strong commitment to superior customer service
Have reliable transportation
Work well independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities:

Assisting in training Team Members
Communicating effectively
Consistently enforcing Chick-fil-A rules and regulations
Creating a culture of food safety, cleanliness, and efficiency
Delivering accurate orders quickly
Performing other duties as assigned
Providing safe, high-quality, and craveable food
Treating everyone with honor, dignity and respect
