Description 

The role of the Dining Room Host is to welcome all guests into our restaurant, build meaningful relationships and cater to the needs of our guests. The Dining Room host will maintain a clean and safe environment, ensure that the restaurant is always guest ready. This role will assist our operation team to be more efficient and provide the speed of service and quality products our guests expect.

  • Prior restaurant | customer service experience is not required but is preferred.

  • Have the ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs on a regular basis
  • Have the ability to stand for long periods of time

Responsibilities: 

  • Greet all Guests in a cheerful manner
  • Ensure that products and guest experience are consistent with our brand, culture, and standard of excellence
  • Contribute a positive attitude to staff morale
  • Make Emotional Connections with Guests
  • Maintain a clean Dining Room for guests
  • Stock products into proper storage areas 
  • Maintain clean and dry walkways
  • Maintain clean and stocked bathrooms  
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Deliver quality customer experience. (Excellent food /Guest interactions)
  • Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
  • Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Other duties as assigned
