Front of House Team Member

At Chick-fil-A, the Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. The role of the Team Member is to serve guests by delivering a quality customer experience with a welcoming and friendly attitude while ensuring that the food presentation, packaging and quality is top level for every Guest interaction. This role is a critical piece of our daily operation and controls the speed and friendliness of service we provide to our guests.

Responsibilities:

Deliver quality customer experience. (Excellent food /Guest interactions)

Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
Prepare, assemble and serve products
Courteously greet guests, take orders, explain and suggest menu items
Ensure that products and guest experience are consistent with our brand, culture, and standard of excellence
Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
Other duties as assigned

Prior restaurant | customer service experience is not required but is preferred.

Have the ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs on a regular basis
Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
