Assistant Managers work with the General Manager to oversee in-store operations and back-of-the-house paperwork. Managers must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. As a Manager, your attitude needs to be enthusiastic, friendly, and positive.
Assistant Manager's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Completing prep
Managing busy rushes
Hiring and training new employees
Completing weekly inventory and paperwork audits
Requirements, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to work a minimum of 35 hours a week
At least 18 years of age
Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store
Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision
Ability to work nights and weekends
