Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present food to Chick-fil-A standards
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
  • Stay updated on new products and procedures
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and report maintenance issues
  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently
