Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Participating in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
- Responding immediately and respectfully to Guest's needs
- Assisting in training new hires and acting as a role model
- Being a friendly and encouraging team player
- Leading shifts and being a key holder
- Communicating effectively
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Smiling and making emotional connections with Guests
- Having reliable transportation
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong people skills with a desire to serve Team Members
- Commitment to superior customer service
- Managing Team Member behavioral and performance issues
- Working in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
- Prior experience in a leadership role preferred
