The application includes pre-promotion online training and an interest form. By completing these items you are guaranteed a conversation about potential leadership opportunities. Once promoted, you will complete role-specific online training and have one-on-one coaching sessions with your direct supervisor. As your level of leadership increases, so will your level of training and influence at the restaurant.
