We are looking for a committed Community Care Specialist to join our team, with a focus on enhancing team member appreciation and building meaningful community relationships.


Key Responsibilities:


Team Member Engagement:

  • Coordinate and manage team member birthday celebrations, tenure recognitions, orientations, life classes, sports days, team parties, and appreciation events.
  • Develop and implement creative ideas to enhance team member morale and engagement.

Event Planning:

  • Plan and execute customer-focused events that align with our brand values and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with local schools to support and promote relationships, encouraging youth leadership and development.

Community Outreach:

  • Build and maintain relationships with local schools, organizations, and community leaders to support various initiatives.
  • Track and manage donations to ensure proper distribution and impact reporting.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate records of events, donations, and team member milestones.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on community care activities and outcomes.
