Responsibilities:
- Implement membership strategies to recruit new members and retain existing ones
- Hire, train, and lead staff and volunteers to achieve goals
- Create front desk schedules and ensure proper coverage
- Promote program and membership enrollment
- Participate in budget planning and management
- Organize membership events and community outreach
- Supervise membership scholarship applications and support campaigns
- Manage facilities, locker rental program, and respond to inquiries
- Compile membership statistics for evaluation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Prior supervisory experience in customer service is a plus
- Excellent computer skills and ability to work with standard business software
- Effective communication skills with diverse groups
- Flexibility to cover various hours of operation - some evenings and weekends
