Join the YMCA as a Program Director for YCAP, where you will oversee the daily management of programs and services dedicated to children aged 10-14. This role offers you the opportunity to develop personalized treatment plans addressing spiritual, physical, mental, and social needs, making a meaningful difference in the community.

Responsibilities:

• Implement Y-CAP program activities and services
• Maintain administrative records for participants
• Network with school teachers and administrators
• Make periodic home visits to update action plans
• Recruit and work with volunteers
• Develop positive relationships with organizations and agencies
• Participate in the annual Community Support Campaign
• Adhere to the program operating budget
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with at-risk youth
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective personal organization and leadership abilities
• At least 21 years of age with a driver's license
• Experience in fundraising is a plus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
