Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and train housekeeping staff, filling in for absent staff as needed.
• Ensure the YMCA is clean and attractive by completing all duties listed on the daily schedule.
• Record and report all needed repairs; ensure building security during shift.
• Order and maintain inventory of supplies; set up furniture for events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Six months or more of related experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and procedures.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals.
• Physical strength and agility to carry out essential duties.
