Ace Hardware, your local hardware store deeply rooted in the community, is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Repair Shop Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you must have experience and knowledge of both small engine and Stihl parts and repair. Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls, schedule repairs, and provide estimates to customers
  • Operate the register for customer checkouts
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels in the repair shop
  • Manage inventory to ensure products are readily available and repairs made on time
  • Crosstrain with the Ace Handyman Services Office Manager for basic office management tasks
  • Builds Stihl products to fill department
