We know that work/life balance is becoming more of a significant determining factor in selecting a place of employment. Therefore, we now are offering a specific role where an employee can experience a four-day work week with three guaranteed days off!

How does this work?

I am glad you ask such good questions! A person hired into this role can select the three days they wish to work, select 10-12-hour shifts, and then discuss the options on when those days are situated into our daytime/nighttime shifts. Saturday is the fourth day that would finish off the week, because all positions at our store has to have availability for this day.

Which area of the business is this available?

This unique role is available on both sides of our business, kitchen and front counter.
