Basic Job Description:

Handle daily produce deliveries
Take cold prep items (e.g., lettuce) from delivery to ready-to-eat (wash, prep, store)
Follow recipe cards to assemble cold prep menu items
Facilitate a clean and sanitary food prep work area
Independently perform all duties in an efficient manner
Must be 16 years of age or older
