As a Day Time Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that each guest receives exceptional service. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, leading a team of adult team members, and maintaining a clean and hospitable environment.

As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Effectively running the shift while working in a position 90% of the time.
Leading your team to deliver a remarkable guest experience.
Creating shift line ups for maximum productivity during peak times.
Ensuring all team members are being successful in their positions.
Coaching team members to help them grow and develop in skill and character.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the front counter and drive-thru area.
Exhibiting cash management best practices.
Surveying restaurant grounds and inside of the building.

Requirements:

Must have opening or closing availability for 3 weekdays (M-F)
Availability on Saturday
1 year Chick-fil-A experience or 2 years restaurant managerial experience
