The Drive-Thru Director has the exciting opportunity to steward to the different dynamics of our busy drive-thru! As the leader of this sector of the business, you would be dedicated to executing excellence in our Drive Thru in the areas of Speed, Accuracy and Hospitality. This leader focuses on continuous improvement, development of people, processes, and effective communication. The Drive-Thru Director will also work closely with the Operator to innovate drive-thru operations.
As the Drive-Thru Director, you will be responsible for:
○ The speed and accuracy of the drive-thru
○ Schedule a minimum of 2 hours per week to research in the areas of:
-CEM's per each day (Customer Experience Monitor)
- Drive-thru reporting through @CFA
○ Schedule a minimum of 1 hour per week for planning and implementing action items to improve the drive-thru experience
○ Ensuring the drive-thru is clean, equipment is well maintained, and stocked to ensure smooth running of operations
○ Communicate often with fellow leaders in areas such as; properly maintaining and cleaning all equipment used in drive-thru operations
○ Communicate the drive-thru experience and vision often with all members of the team
○ Develop creative ways to drive and motivate the team to reach any set goals
○ Develop training strategies and consistently give feedback to team members

Requirements:
● Work a minimum of 45hours per week depending on the needs of the business
● Allocate at least 5 hours per week to planning
● Focus on systematically and effectively communicating all drive-thru related goals and success factors to Team Members
● Combine critical thinking and practical leadership to create a culture of innovation
● Effectively coach and give direction
● Align hiring, training, and evaluation practices with the vision of the organization
● Enthusiastically and passionately lead the drive-thru team
Experience requirements:
1-2 years Chick-fil-A experience or 2 years leadership experience in a quick service restaurant

Pay scale
$16-$20 per hour
