We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Crew Members to join our team at Little Caesars!

This position offers weekly pay + tips and upward mobility.

The Crew Member will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment. The successful candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers with a smile and positive attitude
• Prepare and package food according to Little Caesars standards
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
• Follow health and safety regulations
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly
• Assist in inventory management and stocking supplies
• Complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
• Previous experience in the fast-food industry (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
