No matter which restaurant you apply for, all Chick-fil-A restaurants remain closed on Sundays to allow our Operators and their Team Members to rest or worship if they choose.
Eligible Team Members can apply for the "Remarkable Futures" scholarship from Chick-fil-A, Inc. - up to $2,500.00. Free college is also offered at some locations through a partnership with Point University in Georgia.
Operators look for meaningful ways to serve their local communities, so Team Members have the opportunity to make an impact beyond the restaurant.

We offer Financial Peace University to learn how to budget, scholarships, and even free college through a partnership with Point University in Georgia. The only limiting factor for the growth of the Team Member is going to be the Team Member themselves.
