We are Pochino Italy. We are bringing a 'little bit' of Italy to you. We are opening our first location outside of Atlanta in Kennesaw, Georgia. Our fast-casual concept provides a taste of authentic Italian food, including fresh pasta, signature Pochino Italy sauces, delicious desserts, and pinsa.

Your Role:

You will help create an exceptional experience for every guest at every interaction, online or in person.  

What You'll Do:

• Customer Service Excellence:
• Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and upbeat manner.
• Take and accurately process guests' orders.
• Assist guests with menu recommendations and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Food Preparation and Presentation:
• Prepare and assemble menu items following established recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure efficiency and food safety.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Family Collaboration:
• Work closely with fellow staff members to maintain a harmonious and energetic atmosphere.
• Contribute to a positive and fun Pochino family culture.
• Ambiance and Cleanliness:
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing dining area.
• Contribute to creating a lively and fun atmosphere for guests to enjoy.

Qualifications:

• Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Operation of Point of Sale (POS) and cash register machine.
• Food industry background preferred in all areas including food prep and kitchen equipment.
• Ability and willingness to operate kitchen equipment.
• Commit to 10-15 hours per week minimum, including weekend availability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn health, food, safety, and hygiene standards. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks as needed.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus.
• Physical Standards: Ability to stand and exert mobility in a fast-paced environment, frequent reaching, bending, squatting, and stooping.
• 16 years or older 
• You are legally authorized to work in the United States.

Pay: $15 to $17 hourly to commensurate with experience
