The FOH team member is responsible for the successful execution of the Pizza Inn experience through serving the guest
in a team member capacity by performing all the front of house functions.

Essential Functions:
- Collects cash, checks or charge payments from guests
- Ensures an accurate accounting of all transactions, collections, and disbursements during work shift
- Greets guests as they enter the dining area
- Organizes seating chart; designates sections
- Responsible for seating guests
- Knows menu and can describe items
- Knows current specials and promotions
- Responsible for setting-up cash drawer and following security procedures
- Answers phone, suggestively sells menu items, accurately takes orders and quotes proper delivery times
- Responsible for proper cash handling
- Able to give directions to the restaurant
- Keeps pace with incoming orders
- Keeps area clean and organized
- Assists in keeping kitchen area clean
- Stays familiar with delivery area
- Assists with folding pizza boxes
- Performs guest callbacks
- Greets guests and presents them with the menu. Informs guests of specials and menu changes, suggestively sells, and answers questions regarding food, beverages, and service
- Takes food orders from guests and relays to kitchen staff
- Prepares and delivers beverage orders
- Serves courses from kitchen and service areas promptly, and garnishes items with proper presentation prior to serving
- Assists in stocking workstation, bussing tables, and resetting tables
- Processes guest’s orders to ensure all items are prepared properly and on a timely basis
- Communicates with other employees to ensure guest satisfaction with the food and service
- Assists in other areas of the restaurant when needed
- Completes opening and/or closing checklists
- Perform other related duties, as assigned by company management
