The Company:

We began in 2005 and have been making delicious pizza ever since! We began as a small 32-seat restaurant and have expanded to more than 4 times that size in a new location. We now have 140 seats and a constantly rotating 32 tap craft beer bar, serving the best NY and Chicago style pizza in town along with an awesome full menu. We have been ranked as one of the 10 highest volume independent pizzerias in the United States. The Position:

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a huge role in the day to day responsibilities of successfully operating our restaurant. You will be expected to run the restaurant productively and efficiently, while maintaining our purpose and core values. Some responsibilities include opening/closing the restaurant, working both Quality and Service Manager positions, learning all aspects of the restaurant,

cash handling, menu knowledge, staffing, following order guides and placing orders, schedule writing and more. During your approximately 6 - week training program you will work and learn every position in the restaurant.

What Are We Looking For?

A talented and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. Individuals who are quality driven and believe in the importance of team play are a strong fit. Someone with a friendly and positive attitude and a passion for food and beer. Someone who is hard working, eager to learn, punctual, efficient, dependable and has an overall good work ethic. Flexible availability is preferred. Minimum 2 year’s experience in entry level management/supervision in a high volume restaurant.
