Pay is $18 per hour with an eligible raise at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year.

The Customer Service Specialist is a game-changer in the life of a child. They are responsible for implementing & upholding the Aqua-Tots Core Values in every interaction, whether with children, parents, or staff members.

What we are looking for
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Availability to work at least two weekday afternoon shifts (3:15 - 8:15 pm) AND Saturdays (8:30 am - 1:30 pm or 12:30 pm - 5:00 pm) required*
- Must be comfortable multi-tasking and working with computers
- Must have attention to detail
- Must be comfortable working with a scheduling system
- One year of the demonstrated hospitality industry or customer service representative experience - preferred
- One year of demonstrated sales experience - preferred
- Bilingual is a *plus*
